Annual In Vivo Oxygen Imaging Workshop 2016, will be held July 15-16, 2016 at the University of Chicago. This is a FREE two-day workshop offered through UC's NIH Center for EPR Imaging In Vivo Physiology. As a part of the EPR Center mission , we will provide training and hands-on experience for those who want to use EPR oxygen imaging in their research. We welcome participation from both students and faculty. The accomodation in student dormitories is free.
At 2016 Oxygen Workshop is organized as a satellite of ISOTT 2016 meeting, held in Chicago down town at July 10-14. We encourage the participants of the workshop to attend the meeting and visa a versa.
TOPICS WILL INCLUDE:
- Basic principles of EPR and oxygen imaging
- What do we learn from EPR oxygen images
- How we obtaining oxygen images
- Image registration
- Multimodality imaging
10 up to $500 travel stipends will be offered. Those interested in applying should forward a 200-word statement regarding why you want to attend the workshop to Dr. Boris Epel (firstname.lastname@example.org) by May 1, 2016. Stipends will be awarded on a first come first served basis.
